Miss Brenna
Artist Statement
Miss Brenna, on her Father's side, is a descendent of English Coal Miners from Nottinghamshire, England. Her Great Grandfathers worked in the dark depth of the coalmine hacking away at the coal face with pickaxes for 10 hours a day, loading the coal onto trucks which were then pulled thought the tunnels by horses.
Her maternal Grandparents managed to escape the ravages of war in Vietnam, and settle in Canada.
Miss Brenna has a diverse background and culture, and she is a100% proud Canadian.
