Inaugural Madiba Award Gala
Cultural Expressions for CHANGE (CE4C) is pleased to host the Inaugural Madiba Award Gala on Saturday, May 23, celebrating our past award recipients and 2026 Madiba Award nominees.
CE4C has presented this award for the past 12 years. We invite you to join us in our 13th year recognizing the extraordinary contributions of these leaders to Our Village.
The Madiba Award is named in honor of Nelson Mandela, affectionately known by South Africans as Madiba (Father of the Nation) , and recognizes a leader of African descent in Durham Region whose contributions support and uplifts the community at large.
