Sydnee Croft Farry

Sydnee Croft Farry is a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at CIBC. She is a Certified HR Professional (CHRP) in the province of Ontario. She brings over 5 years of progressive experience in the field; with expertise in management consulting, talent acquisition, and people analytics. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from the Lang School of Business at the University of Guelph.

Sydnee is passionate about the arts, especially for youth. She sang and played multiple instruments as a child, and values the growth she experienced through artistic expression. Sydnee grew up in Pickering and now resides in North York with her husband, Ryan.
