Role Overview
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across digital platforms to grow brand awareness, engage audiences, and support marketing objectives. This role combines creativity, analytics, and platform expertise to deliver consistent and impactful online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
