SUMMARY:Arts Scholarship
DESCRIPTION:Open to Grade 12 students, the arts scholarship is awarded annually to support the artistic studies of future professionals. This scholarship is open to students  who identify as Black, who are attending a Durham Region high school and who have been accepted to an arts program at a Canadian college or university. Eligible arts programs range from the performing arts to museum studies; literary, visual and media arts; to arts administration and curatorial practice, and beyond. Four individual awards of $1,000 each will be granted with support from funding partners, Rotary Club of Pickering, Toronto SVG Support Group, Royal Bank of Canada, and DRUMS Inc.\nApplication deadline extended: June 20, 2025.\n
